To add a new question go to app settings and press "Manage Questions" button.
Yes! To add a picture follow these simple steps:
Enter App Settings
Click the "Manage Questions" button
Click on the question you would like to attach a picture to
When editing your answer, click on the picture icon and then add an image from your library
Yes! Users can add video from YouTube or Vimeo with ease:

Click the "Manage Questions" button
Click on the question you would like to attach a video to
When editing your answer, click on the video icon and then paste the YouTube or Vimeo video URL
That's it! A thumbnail of your video will appear in answer text box
The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
You have always been able to modify what information in your profile however to delete it please contact Member services with your request and it will be executed within 24 hours. The action will be followed up with a note confirming with you that your account no longer exists.

SECTOR (WH&S, EH, ER, HMT)
TOPIC (example, Process safety, air quality, etc.)
ITEM (Title of article or form)
LINK ADDRESS (Where hosted)
FORMAT (Document, website, video, etc.)
SOURCE (Federal, state/territory or industry

Good question since you cannot have a community without people being able to communicate with one another. Social networking will be the first significant upgrade to the site when we feel we have enough people to support it so spread the word.
It was done this way for the purpose of giving better results.
We are adding content all the time and maybe just had not gotten to what you are interested in or you would like to see more of it. Your suggestions and feedback let us know what you are interested in, and after all, you are what its all about. Shoot us a note from the Contact page what you would like to see and we'll get it up for you.
A Premium or paid listing will be introduced in the near future when we feel there is sufficient traffic to justify your support. With that said, while details have yet to be flushed out what we can say is when it is introduced the Premium listing will give you the option of;
Promoting your offerings under up to four different categories along with an associated description of that service;
Present more detail about your company;
Add a graphic of your logo or whatever you choose to display with the ad;
All at a very reasonable rate which is to be announced.
One consideration is that listings are made on a single state/territory basis. Multiple state/territory or nation-wide listings can be negotiated. Do let us know of your interest and you'll be the first to be contacted when the program is ready to be rolled out.
